- Hearing-outcome statistics refreshed from NYC Open Data (August 4, 2026) and a weekly data refresh process put in place.
- New guides: 2026 street-cleaning rules, red-light camera expansion, ticket scam texts, and the city's FY25 annual report decoded.

- Site launch: free ticket lookup by plate or summons number, with historical dismissal rates for 87 violation types computed from 27 million public NYC hearing records.
- Guided dispute letter drafting: a step-by-step wizard that turns your account into a hearing-ready letter, free to use with daily limits.
- Photo lookup: snap a photo of your ticket to find it — no typing needed.
- Free ticket defect checker: verify the required elements on your summons point by point.
- Full-site translations in 11 languages, including right-to-left support for Arabic and Urdu.
- First guides published: the official dispute process, deadlines, defective tickets, camera tickets, and fines.
- Violation-by-borough statistics pages and an interactive “Is it worth disputing?” checker.
- Accessibility audit fixes: WCAG AA contrast, keyboard focus rings, and screen-reader labels.
