- Eight high-traffic Chinese guides rewritten natively with quick-answer capsules, plus a new service-comparison entry.
- Honest AI-drafting status alerts: the site now shows healthy, backup-model, and full-outage states — and pauses free codes during a full outage instead of failing later.
- Compact daily-quota banner, auto-growing answer fields in the draft wizard, and a faster homepage first render.
- Guides now open with quick-answer summaries and show real publish and update dates.
- The install-app banner waits for real engagement, in-progress drafts survive a page refresh for 36 hours, and comparison pages are translated into all 11 languages.
- Chinese and Spanish community guides: natively written landing pages for disputing NYC tickets, plus this public changelog.
- Email delivery for dispute letters: get the finished letter in your inbox instead of waiting on the page, and drafts now survive a page refresh.
- Self-service submission guide added to the letter result page.
- Hearing-outcome statistics refreshed from NYC Open Data (August 4, 2026) and a weekly data refresh process put in place.
- New guides: 2026 street-cleaning rules, red-light camera expansion, ticket scam texts, and the city's FY25 annual report decoded.

- Site launch: free ticket lookup by plate or summons number, with historical dismissal rates for 87 violation types computed from 27 million public NYC hearing records.
- Guided dispute letter drafting: a step-by-step wizard that turns your account into a hearing-ready letter, free to use with daily limits.
- Photo lookup: snap a photo of your ticket to find it — no typing needed.
- Free ticket defect checker: verify the required elements on your summons point by point.
- Full-site translations in 11 languages, including right-to-left support for Arabic and Urdu.
- First guides published: the official dispute process, deadlines, defective tickets, camera tickets, and fines.
- Violation-by-borough statistics pages and an interactive “Is it worth disputing?” checker.
