Getting a copy of a NYC ticket — and the camera photos and video

• Find the ticket in the DOF online violation lookup by 10-digit ticket number, or by plate + state + plate type, then download the ticket image.

• By mail / 311 / in person: request a copy through 311 (provide summons number, issue date, mailing address) or at a DOF business center — the registered owner should bring name and current address; multiple-ticket requests are in-person.
