NYC Ticket Odds

Terms of Service

1. What we are (and are not). NYC Ticket Odds is an information and self-help software service. We are not a law firm, we are not attorneys, we are not registered representatives or brokers before any tribunal, and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this site.

2. Statistics. Dismissal and reduction rates are historical aggregates computed from public City of New York records. They describe past group outcomes only and are not a prediction, promise, or guarantee of the outcome of any individual case.

3. Self-service only. Any documents or drafts we help you prepare are prepared at your direction for your own use. You are solely responsible for reviewing them, confirming their accuracy, and submitting them yourself to the NYC Department of Finance. We do not file, submit, or communicate with any agency on your behalf. Using this service does not pause or extend any deadline.

4. Truthfulness. You agree to provide only truthful information. Knowingly submitting false statements to the NYC Department of Finance can have legal consequences, and DOF may reverse decisions based on false evidence.

5. Refunds. Where a paid drafting service is offered with a refund promise, the refund applies when a hearing decision on the dispute you filed with our draft finds you guilty with no fine reduction, and you provide the decision notice within 60 days of the decision date. Refunds are limited to the amount you paid us.

6. Limitation of liability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
