What we collect. Ticket numbers or license plates you enter are sent to the public NYC Open Data API to retrieve your ticket and are not stored on our servers. If you join the waitlist or buy a draft, we store your email address and the ticket details you provide, solely to deliver the service.

Analytics. We record anonymous first-party usage events (page views, button clicks) without cookies and without third-party trackers.

Public data. Ticket records shown on this site come from the City of New York’s public dataset “Open Parking and Camera Violations”, which is published by the city and available to anyone.

Sharing. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except payment processing (handled by our payment provider) and as required by law.

Deletion. Email us to have your email address and any stored details deleted.
